Terms of Warranty

Tüm cihazlarının 2 yıl garantisi vardır.  Tüm cihazlarının yedek parça temin garantisi 10 yıldır.

All devices have a 2-year warranty. The spare parts supply warranty for all devices is 10 years.

Garantinin geçerli olabilmesi için, aşağıdaki durumlara uyulması gerekir.
For the warranty to be valid, the following conditions must be complied with.

1. Cihazların ve Akülerin oda sıcaklıkları 18-25C arasında olması gereklidir. 
1. All devices and Battery room temperatures must be between 18-25C.

2. Garanti süresi içerisinde, her 6 (altɪ) ayda bir cihazɪ satan/yetkili firma tarafindan servis yapılması gereklidir. (Servis ucretlidir)
2. During the warranty period, service must be performed by the company selling/authorized for the device every 6 (six) months. (Service is charged)

3. Cihaz bir ay’dan fazla Switch Off/Standby modunda bırakılmaması gereklidir. ( Aküler bir aydan fazla şarj yapılmadan bırakılmaması gereklidir.)
3. The device should not be left in Switch Off/Standby mode for more than one month. (Batteries should not be left uncharged for more than a month.)

4. Cihaza gerektiğinden fazla yük konmaması gereklidir.
4. The device should not be loaded more than necessary.

5. Cihaz giriş ve çıkışlarında kısa devre yapılmaması gereklidir. (Arızalı cihazların cihazların çıkışına bağlanmaması gereklidir) 
5. Device inputs and outputs should not be short-circuited. (Faulty devices should not be connected to the devices output)

6. Cihazın eğitilmiş/yetkili kişi tarafindan prosedürlere uygun şekilde kullanılması gereklidir. 
6. The device must be used by a trained/authorized person in accordance with the procedures.

7. Cihazın fiziksel darbelere veya herhangi bir şekilde sıvıya maruz kalmamasɪ gereklidir. 
7. The device should not be exposed to physical impacts or any liquid.

Cihazın yukarıdaki herhangi bir durumdan dolayı arıza gösterir ise, garanti geçerli sayılmayacaktır ve müşteri gerekli masraflardan sorumlu olacaktır.
If the device malfunctions due to any of the above conditions, the warranty will not be considered valid, and the customer will be responsible for the necessary expenses.
