Maintenance

  • All UPS Systems are to be serviced once every 6 months

  • Appointment according to customer requirements

  • Cleaning the installation

  • Check-up of the mechanical condition and all
    installation parts

  • Checking the voltage of the DC bus

  • Control measurement of thyristors, diodes,
    transformers, filter-elements etc,

  • Capacity test of the batteries as customor requires

  • Replacement of defective batteries according to previously approved cost estimate

Annual Maintenance Contracts

These are tailor made contracts for the individual needs of the customer. Please contact us to discuss which contract would better suit your needs.

Our types of contracts are:

  1. Level 1 - 24/7 Service

  2. Level 2 - 24/7 Service plus 2 preventative services per year and includes all labour costs

  3. Level 3 - All inclusive 24/7 Service, 2 preventative services per year and includes all labour and parts costs.

Terms of Warranty

For the warranty to be valid, the following conditions must be complied with:

  • UPS and Battery room temperatures must be between 18-25C.

  • During the warranty period, service must be performed by the company selling/authorized for the UPS device every 6 (six) months. (Service is charged)

  • The UPS should not be left in Switch Off/Standby mode for more than one month. (Batteries should not be left uncharged for more than a month.)

  • The UPS device should not be loaded more than necessary.

  • UPS inputs and outputs should not be short-circuited. (Faulty devices should not be connected to the UPS output)

  • The UPS device must be used by a trained/authorized person in accordance with the procedures.

  • The UPS device should not be exposed to physical impacts or any liquid.

  • If the UPS device malfunctions due to any of the above conditions, the warranty will not be considered valid, and the customer will be responsible for the necessary expenses.
